DESCRIPTION:
The One-on-One TIG Welding 102-Practice Clinic is a specialized 2-hour session designed for participants who have completed the Intro to TIG Welding 101 Clinic and wish to further practice and refine their Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding skills. This clinic focuses on TIG welding with mild steel and stainless steel.
During the clinic, the participant will have exclusive access to a fully equipped welding station specifically designed for TIG welding. They will work with a variety of materials, including mild steel and stainless steel, to practice different joint types and refine their welding technique.
The instructor will provide personalized guidance, addressing any questions, and offering valuable feedback to help participants improve their TIG welding skills. Advanced techniques, such as controlling heat input, electrode manipulation, and filler metal selection for mild steel and stainless steel, will be covered in detail.
Safety will be emphasized throughout the clinic, and participants will be reminded of the necessary precautions and best practices for TIG welding. Adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of materials and equipment will be emphasized.
