Christine Roberts

Christine Roberts is the President of Citizens Pay – our By Now Pay Later division. Citizens Pay is a strategic priority for the over $190 billion asset Citizens, which is seen as a national leader in this space. A 30-year veteran of the Financial Services industry, Roberts has held several leadership roles at the company, in areas including sales, branch planning and operations, product management, marketing and most recently leading the Student Lending division.
Under her leadership, the Citizens Pay business at Citizens continues to grow due to her commitment to solving for the customer need above all else while providing innovative products and features to drive customer engagement.
Previously, Roberts held several marketing and product management positions with Bank of America, Fleet Bank, and Fidelity Investments. Additionally, she has experience working in trading, and non-performing debt management. Roberts earned her BS from Bentley University and her MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
She is married to Paul Roberts (a British Army Veteran), lives in Wayland, MA and is a proud mother of two kids.
