Jake Zorbaugh

Jacob Zorbaugh was born on February 7th, 1983. A native of Temperance, MI, he graduated from Bedford High School and quickly joined the Army in August of 2001. During his time in the Army, Jacob was deployed to two combat zones in Iraq that totaled one year and eight months in theatre. After his four and a half year tour in the Army, he got out for a short time before joining the United States Coast Guard where he has served since 2006. He is currently an Instructor at the United States Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Academy where he is responsible for development and mentorship of 800 leaders (annually) from the Coast Guard, Air Force, Space Force and other foreign nation counterparts.
Some of his professional accomplishments include: Advanced Tactical Operator School Graduate, Close Quarters Combat Instructor School Graduate, Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified practitioner, DiSC certified practitioner and The Leadership Challenge trained facilitator.
Jacob has two Daughters: Sage and Trinity. His values are Family, Spirituality, Strength and Transparency.
